Dear Parishioner:
Just wanted to inform you about a great way to remit your Stewardship and Legacy of Hope payments. With automatic Bank Debit, your monthly payments are made without any work whatsoever and never a late fee! The link to download the form is available on the Parish Office Forms page. Complete the form and return it to the parish office. We will then provide you with a letter stating when the money will be pulled and how much, so you are clearly aware that funds will be withdrawn from your account. If you are currently taking advantage of this service, please update our records by filling our a NEW authorization for the Bank Debit. This service has a yearly cycle of July though June for all Auto-debit. Each year you will need to complete a new form.
As shown on the form, you have options on what day you would like the money to be pulled. With Stewardship and Legacy of Hope you have the 1st, 8th, 15th, and the 22nd. You also may want to make payments more than once a month or even every other month. Just make an "X" when you want a payment withdrawn. In the event that a scheduled withdrawal date falls on a weekend, a bank holiday, or a date when the parish office is closed, the withdrawal will be processed on the next available business day.
If you know that your bank account balance will the insufficient to cover automatic debit that you have scheduled, you must contact the parish office as soon as possible so that your transaction can be stopped before the actual withdrawal is processed. If at any time you would like to terminate or change your automatic bank debit, you will need to contact the parish office. In the event that an automatic debit is erroneously made from your account due to a clear oversight on the part of the parish you will be refunded at your request the amount of the withdrawal plus any additional bank charges that may result from the error.
Thank you for taking advantage of this convenient service. If you have any questions or I can be of further assistance, call me at 826-6000 ext. 166.
Sincerely,
Lee Schultz
