New Parishioner Info

Dear Prospective Member of the Community of St. Simon Parish,

Thank you for your interest and inquiry about our Parish.  Below are links to the required registration forms.  Forms in Steps 1 and 2 are in pdf form and require Adobe to download.  If you do not have Adobe, call me to have paper copies mailed to you.

1. Click here for the Family Registration Form.  Complete one for the family.

2. Click here for the Member Registration Form.  You will need to complete a member page for each person in the family, i.e. husband, wife and each child.

3. The offering envelopes make take 6-8 weeks for our mailing service to provide them.  In the meantime, simply place your offering in an envelope and write your name on the outside so that we may credit your family.

4. Click here for the 2006-2007 St. Simon Time and Talent Intention Card AND the Stewardship Pledge Card.  Both of these need to be completed and returned with your registration form.  

You may return these forms to the parish office by mail or drop them off.  They also can be emailed to the office.
