Saint Simon Athletic Commission is dedicated to the spiritual and athletic devleopment of all participants in Saint Simon athletic programs. We prepare our student athletes, parents, and coaches to: • be spiritually grounded,
• play fair,
• respect each other, their coaches, the officials, and their competitors.
Many Saint Simon students participate in a Catholic Youth Organization
(CYO) sponsored program of sports competition between the various
parishes on the grade school level. School facilities are used and
announcements are made over the public address systems. The sport's
program is open to all children belonging to Saint Simon Parish.
School funds are not used to service this program. All parents are
invited to participate in the Athletic Ministry and its activities.
These meetings occur on the second Wednesday of each month to help
plan fundraisers, activities and organizing teams.
