During the Liturgy of the Word, children are dismissed from 9:15 a.m. Mass every 1st and 3rd Sunday. Children 4 years old through 2nd grade meet with catechists in the Daily Mass Chapel.

They participate in structured scripture learning, presented on a child’s level. The catechists share God’s word, petitions, and the Creed. They return to Mass at the beginning of the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
